The Gamescom Cape is the charged creeper design Mojang revealed for Gamescom 2026 in Cologne, a glowing electric face on deep navy cloth, announced through an Instagram story deleted within hours. It can be earned in person at the event or through an online drop expected August 26 to 30, and once that window closes, Mojang never reopens it. Whatever the owner count is on August 30, it stays that number forever.
