2. Digital Products

All products sold on Minecapes are digital goods. No physical item will be shipped.

After purchase, you will receive the code, instructions, or delivery details through the checkout/order delivery system. You are responsible for entering the correct email address and following the provided instructions.

3. Product Availability

Product stock, prices, and availability may change at any time. We try to keep all product information accurate, but we do not guarantee that every listing will always be error-free.

If a product becomes unavailable after purchase, we may offer a replacement code, store credit, or another solution at our discretion.

4. Purchases And Payments

By placing an order, you confirm that you are authorized to use the payment method provided. You also agree that the information you provide during checkout is accurate.

Fraudulent purchases, chargebacks, payment disputes, or abuse of our checkout system may result in order cancellation, account restriction, or a ban from future purchases.

5. No Refunds For Digital Codes

Because our products are digital codes that can be viewed, copied, redeemed, or used after delivery, all sales are final. Codes cannot be returned, reclaimed, or reverted once delivered.

6. Order Support

If there is an issue with your order, contact us through Discord or email with your order ID, email address, and product name. We will review the issue and help where possible.

We may refuse support if false information is provided, the order cannot be verified, or the product has already been delivered correctly.

- Abuse, exploit, or interfere with the website

- Attempt fraudulent purchases or chargebacks

- Resell products in a misleading or unauthorized way

Minecapes is not responsible for losses caused by user error, incorrect account information, third-party platform issues, Minecraft/Microsoft account restrictions, or failure to follow redemption instructions.

Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the product involved in the issue, except where required by law.
